Chores that rotate themselves, bills that settle up, and one chat where the house actually lives. No spreadsheets, no nagging.

The tour starts in the hallway
Quarters answers all three — so nobody has to be the nag. The rooms are this way.
Set up rotations — trash, dishes, whatever your house argues about — and Quarters hands them from roommate to roommate on schedule.
- A quiet nudge when it's yours; a gentle ping when someone falls behind
- The week ahead, visible to the whole house
- Snap a photo when it's done — done means done
Add a bill, split it evenly or by share, and the balances settle themselves. Nobody has to draft the “hey, so about the internet” message ever again.

- Split three ways$29.99 each
- You paid Settled
Chat lives next to a house journal that writes itself — who cleaned, who paid, who joined. The record keeps itself.
- Photos, reactions, and replies, like any chat worth reading
- Journal entries appear as things get done — no one writes them
- Pings when it counts: your turn, a bill due, a settle-up. Quiet hours respected
The quiet parts.
Not the features you'll notice. That's the point.
Private by default
Households are invite-only. Join by code and you need the house password plus the owner's approval; an invite link a roommate sends you admits you straight in.

Calm on purpose

The short version.
How do I join a household?
Two ways. A roommate can send you an invite link, which takes
you straight in. Or ask for the join code (it looks like
RM-XXXXXX) and the house password — you need both,
and the owner approves the request.
Is my data private?
Yes. Households are invite-only, there are no ads and no tracking, and you sign in with Apple. The full policy is in the privacy policy.
What's free, and what's Pro?
Free covers the whole house — rotations, bills, photo proof and chat — with 60 days of history. Pro adds history that never ages out, and a bigger AI allowance for setting up the board and scanning receipts. One subscription covers everyone.
Will it nag my roommates?
No — that's the point. Notifications are quiet and scoped to what matters: your turn, a bill due, a settle-up. Quiet hours are respected, and anything can be muted.
